Producer and director Rodney Gray interviewed Joe Salvatore and eight others in Las Vegas, about their issues with HOAs:
“The Autumn Chase Homeowners Association case stands out. He (Gray) said he was intrigued by Bitsky’s antics and his alleged criminal history. Bitsky admitted to a previous conviction of acting as a property manager without proper licensing decades ago.”

My HOA in Southern California kept renewing the contract with their Property Management Company knowing the Company had their license suspended by the Secretary of State to not do business in CA. And I was expected to accept an invitation to be de-humanized in a Kangaroo Court outside of my City. I refused to go…… Dah!
